Requesting Deletion of Your Data
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, and we will confirm once it is done.
How to make a request
Email sales@angel-homes.co.uk with the subject line Data deletion request, and include:
- Your full name
- The email address or phone number you gave us
- The property address, if your enquiry related to one
We will acknowledge your request and complete it within 30 days, as required under UK GDPR. You can also call us on 01355 206747.
What we may have to keep
Where a transaction has completed, we are legally required to retain certain records for a set period, for example anti-money-laundering records and financial and tax records. Where that applies we will tell you which records we must keep, for how long, and delete everything else.
Facebook and Instagram
Our social media accounts are managed through a Meta application that posts to our own Angel Homes and The Home Hub pages. It connects only to accounts that we own.
It does not offer a Facebook or Instagram login to visitors, and it does not collect, store or process personal data belonging to members of the public. What it stores is an access token for our own pages so that scheduled posts can be published.
If you have interacted with one of our Facebook or Instagram posts, that interaction is held by Meta rather than by us. You can remove it in your own Facebook or Instagram settings. If you believe we hold data about you from any source, use the email address above and we will find it and delete it.
